Yamaha to hold Motorbike Night

TO ENCOURAGE and educate proper motorbike riding among Dabawenyos, Yamaha Motor Club will continue its Motorbike Night by the end of October, a Yamaha official said.

“This is a monthly event from Yamaha at nagsimula tayo nu'ng September 28. Ginagawa namin ito para mas ma-strengthen natin ang cooperation ng mga motorbikers natin para rin makabuo ng mas enthusiastic relationship with our bikers (This is a monthly event from Yamaha and we started last September 28. We are doing this to strengthen our cooperation with our motor bikers to also create a more enthusiastic relationship with our bikers),” Frederick Rubinos of Yamaha Motorhub said in an interview.

Rubinos said the event will also be a good avenue in educating fellow rider to prevent motor vehicular accidents.

“Ang goal rin nito ay ma-gather ang riders’ community para ma-align with our advocacy on safety riding (The goal of this event is also to gather the rider’s community to align with our advocacy on safety riding),” Rubinos said.

He added that Yamaha is sincere not just in providing quality motorcycles but also securing the lives of motorcycle riders in the city.

“Soon, we are also seeing the possibility na makipag-partner with HPG (Highway Patrol Group) and traffic group. Kase they will be giving education rin sa riders,” Rubinos said.

Rubinos added that the HPG already confirmed their attendance at the Motorbike Night on Friday, October 26, 2018.

This will not just be for fun, but also for education, Rubinos said.
