RAMESES Tancontian captured the title of the Davao Tenpin Bowlers Association (Datba) Weekly Tournament held recently at the SM Lanang Premier Bowling Center.
Tancontian, president of Datba, toppled 615 pinfalls after three games to beat Crystal Chavez who amassed 610. The latter took the runner-up honors instead while Kert Palce finished third after hitting 604.
The champion had a handicap of 27 while Chavez with nine and Palce with 23.
A total of 26 players competed in the tournament that serves as qualifying for the monthly finals.
