Academy of Multi-Skills bestows councilor doctorate fellow title

BACOLOD City Councilor Ricardo Tan was chosen among the awardees in the country to be conferred as a doctorate fellow by the Academy of Multi-Skills based in the United Kingdom.

Tan will receive such title at the first Global Conferment Ceremony to be held at the Manila Golf and Country Club on October 24.

Tan was nominated by Eduardo Ong of the Academy of Multi-Skills with the approval of the Academy Board, bestowing him the highest of seven types of membership and the topmost of the fellows - the Doctorate title.

Dr. Herbert Wollier, president of Academy of Multi-Skills, said the award is being bestowed to individuals who are experts in business research and strategies and it is the highest of memberships for the expert of the experts only and those who excelled in various areas of categories like the hands-on executives who have become experts of experts.

Tan, for his part, felt honored to be included in the roster of experts by the Academy.

Tan will be the first in Bacolod to be honored with such title.
