This is the third time that the LausAutoGroup and Carousel Productions, Inc. (CPI), the official organizer of the pageant, collaborated for the said preliminary round, dubbed as one of the most exciting activities the pageant hopefuls will participate in.

Carrying the theme “Goddesses of the Earth,” the pre-pageant will gather 30 of the 90 delegates from across the globe who will represent their country and try to outshine each other while clad in their stylish swimwear and dazzling resort wear.

During the competition, the gorgeous ladies will also have the chance to share their advocacy as well promote environmental awareness, all while gracefully showing off their inner beauty and unique identity.

Another highlight of the much-awaited night is the special performance of OPM sensation Kris Lawrence, also known as the “R&B Prince” of the Philippines. Special awards will also be given to the outstanding candidates.

The Miss Earth 2018 will be the 18th edition of the Miss Earth pageant.

Karen Ibasco, reigning title-holder, will crown her successor during the grand coronation night to be held on November 3 at the Mall Of Asia Arena in Pasay, Manila.

CPI conceptualized, organized, and launched Miss Earth in 2001 as a competition that channels the beauty pageant industry as an effective tool in promoting significant projects and addressing issues concerning the environment, among others.

Today, it continues to build its reputation as the most relevant and worthwhile beauty pageant in world, setting a legacy of beauty and responsibility.
