MULTI-AWARDED radiologist Warfe Engracia has done it again! In his desire to accommodate residents of Cebu’s southern towns, to affordable medical services, our good doctor has opened another clinic, Rajah Tupas Medical Services, in the town of Pinamungahan, Cebu.
“It’s very accessible to all, being located on Vargas St., near a bus terminal,” Doc shares. “In fact, on opening day, I performed ultrasound on nine patients.”
Visibly playing supportive roles were family: wife Elaine, daughters Athens and Dr. Mariquit Pascual with hubby Elmer.
