“Today, traffic has become a perennial problem not only during weekdays but even on weekends, when daytime population in the city increases due to out-of-towners who frequent the city’s malls and other destinations,” pagklaro ni Zozobrado atol sa iyang privilege speech sa Konseho niadtong Martes.

“One of the most talked-about long-term solution to the city's traffic problem is the HPBS, which is expected to be implemented very soon,” matud niya, apan dugang nagkanayon nga ang monorail project maoy lain sab nga solusyon.

“The project is now with the National Economic and Development Authority –Investment Coordination Committee (Neda-ICC) for review and approval,” butyag ni Zozobrado.

(LHC)
