DIFFERENT offices and units, including the Office of the Regional Director of the Police Regional Office in Central Luzon (PRO-3) headed by Police Chief Superintendent Amador V. Corpus, prepared candies and treats for a pre-Halloween good time and fun for the kids of the Camp Olivas Day Care Center on Friday, October 26.

Despite being on alert and on duty to ensure public security and safety during the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, personnel of PRO-3 managed to hold a “trick or treat” event for 45 kids on October 26, its fifth year in Camp Olivas.

The Halloween treat is part of PRO-3’s observance of the 26th National Children’s Month themed “Isulong: Tamang Pag-Aaruga Para sa Lahat ng Bata.”

Trick-or-treating is a customary practice for children to dress up in costumes and go from house to house to ask for candies and Halloween treats.

The PRO-3 Command Group, unit heads and chiefs of offices dressed in Halloween outfits handed out candies to the children who also wore their best national costumes as they stopped at different offices in the camp.
