THERE’S nothing like whipping out delicious food in one’s own home. La Germania showed Cebuanos a thing or two on cooking beautifully with its first-ever roadshow in the city last Oct. 6 and 7 called “Welcome Home.”
Held at The Northwing Atrium, SM City Cebu, the mobile exhibit started off with a ribbon cutting, followed by a tour of the Pop-up Gallery.
The two-day experience was filled with demos and workshops beginning with celebrity chefs Lau and Jackie Laudico, who each conducted cooking and baking demonstrations, respectively; along with three other workshops—a yoga class by Blanne Acosta of YogaHub Cebu; a workshop on making nutritious meals for the family by registered nutritionist-dietitian Justinne Go; and a basic brush pen calligraphy from Charmaine Pia Tan.
The mobile exhibit showed cooking and homemaking techniques, giving audiences the chance to imagine the possibilities paired especially with La Germania’s wide range of products for a more effective and efficient cooking experience.
