CONGRATULATIONS to D’ Absolute for winning the “Musik Guerra - Battle of the Bands.” The search for the top band in Cebu went on for about two months at Kampo Grill and Bar located along the North Reclamation Area. Finally over the weekend, D’ Absolute was proclaimed grand winner besting other bands, winning P50,000.
Special awards by Beard and Snapback Productions were handed out as well: “Best Vocalist” went to Raymond Arsenal of Stellarskin, “Best Guitarist” went to Jon Vistal of Underdogs, “Best Guitarist” went to Jekoy Sepasip of D’ Absolute, “Best Bassist” went to Jacob Martirez of Underdogs, “Best Drummer” went to Janmarie Cuyos of Landscape and “Stuck Song Syndrome” went to “Amega Ko Nga Gwapa” by Fishtempo.

This Saturday, Nov. 3, Balcony Productions PH will be hosting a gig called “Stripped” at Handuraw Pizza Mango Square.
“Stripped” aims to be a “low-key” night featuring music from artists like DOX, Sepia Times, Diane Tungol, The Vast and Freon. This Saturday night, drop by the show with some friends and chill with the artists. Entrance is free of charge, while the pizza is awesome as always!
