Handumanan jail wins 1st MassKara Festival special indoor participation

THE Metro Bacolod District Jail (MBDJ)–male dormitory annex in Barangay Handumanan, Bacolod City won the 1st MassKara Festival special indoor participation on October 22.

The jail also bagged special awards for best choreography and best mask.
