CITY Councilor Edna Dahino said there is a possibility that the City Council will decide on creating the committee of the whole to tackle the proposed P6.5 billion budget for 2019.
Dahino, the chairperson for the committee on finance said, she is particularly concerned and curious where the city will source this amount.
"We will see kung asa nato kuhaon ng mga kawrtaha and definitely we will review that, we will scrutinize that kung asa ang sources," she said.
"Before, kami raman sa finance ang ga-discuss pero kung medyo bug-at ang hisgutan, kami na tanan ang mag-tackle," she added.
Dahino assured the public that the City Council won't release this amount if the sources are not known and clarified.
Dahino said she will also ensure that the business sector will not be affected with the increase of the budget.
