Coffee Stains opens at the Manor

CAMP John Hay Development Corp. (CJHDEVCO) executive vice president Alfredo Yñiguez led the opening of the newest coffee nook at the Forest Lodge.

Yñiguez said the opening of Coffee Stains will create a coffee experience for all who visit, sampling local Arabica to international beans exclusively distributed for the Forest Lodge.

Mario Benitez, managing director of the John Hay Coffee Services Incorporated, assures quality of coffee beans at the shop as he advocates to uplift the thriving industry of the region, hoping to open the market for coffee here.

Coffee Stains’ vision is to create a pleasant and enjoyable experience for everyone with a mission to make the coffee experience not just satisfying but also a meaningful contribution to the community.

The shop also aims to promote and bring forward the coffee which is sourced locally from the region.

It is in the goal of coffee stain to educate farmers in the latest technologies and coffee processing methods, simultaneously building relationships with farmers and roasters to highlight Philippine coffee as it should be.

Coffee Stains also aims to elevate the local coffee farming industry by trading beans with Filipino farmers thus improving their livelihood and ultimately encouraging their future generations to continue with their craft and also to train coffee service staff to become partners, sharing the knowledge on how coffee can journey from its humble seedling to a delicious cup.

Coffee Stains has a seating capacity of 30 and is open daily going on a 24/7 operation during Friday to Saturday.
