Jerusalem eyes bigger fights

ONE-TIME world title challenger Melvin Jerusalem eyes a return to the world stage with an impressive victory against fellow world ranked Toto Landero on Saturday night, Nov. 10, in the main event of Idol 4 at the Minglanilla Sports Complex.

“I’m ready to return to the world stage. That’s why I’m doing my best and working really hard to get another world title shot. I want to be a world champion if given another chance,” said the 24-year-old Jerusalem, who’s ranked No. 3 in the World Boxing Council (WBC), No. 12 in the World Boxing Organization (WBO) and No. 15 in the International Boxing Federation (IBF).
