THE missing youth council chairman of Barangay Tigbao, Badian, Cebu was found alive around 9 p.m. Sunday, November 11, in Boljoon, Cebu.
Tigbao Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairman Reynell Cantila, 18, was living with his friend in Boljoon.
He was later transferred by his family to his relatives in Oslob, Cebu.
"Ang atong SK chairman officially nakit-an na gyod (Our SK chairman was found)," Badian Police Chief Elmond John Mondaya said in a phone interview.
Cantila was first reported missing on Wednesday evening, November 7.
"Initial information gikan sa atong SK chairman ana siya nga nawad-an siyag buot," Mondaya said. "Wala na siya makahinumdom nganong misakay siyag bus paingon Boljoon."
Mondaya said Cantila did not divulge his personal problems.
The police official said they will not force Cantila to tell his problems as it might stress the latter out mentally.
Mondaya said they will not a lodge a complaint against the official for alarming the public after going missing for three days.
"Ato lang gyong hulaton kanus-a siya moesturya sa tanang detalye," he said. (KAL)
