The establishment owners were already given enough time to comply their business permits but they failed to process it.

Distrito said the law should be applied to all and the Permits and Licensing Division should require all business establishments to secure a business permit.

“I commend the CLO and Permits and Licensing Division because it’s already a long overdue. Those who fail to secure business permit should be strictly required to process a permit,” he said.

Distrito disclosed that the law should be applicable to all because it’s unfair to the law abiding citizens who are paying a correct taxes and complied the labor law requirements. (MAP)
