“Yamaha, we're always promoting safety. Hindi kasi ito karera lang. Ang sa amin is matipid ang motor mo sa konsumo, saan aabot yung isang litro mo. Hindi kasi ito palakasan, about perseverance at tsaka yung safety mo, endurance mo,” Lord Elwyn Cordova, Yamaha's sales senior area controller in Mindanao, said.

With the conclusion of Yamaha Sight Safe Run in Mindanao, Cordova shared their plans to conduct the same challenge in Visayas and Luzon for a nationwide competition.

“We're planning that at least hindi lang sa Mindanao ma-experience ng mga riders but only in some places in Visayas and Luzon,” Cordova said.

The Yamaha Sight Saferun grand finals was held in Cagayan de Oro City on November 18 and participated by the top 10 winners from the Davao leg, top 5 winners from the Zamboanga leg and top 10 winners from the Cagayan de Oro leg.
