FOUR University of Southeastern Philippines (Usep) graduates landed in the Top 10 of the November 2018 Geologists Licensure Examination.
Joriel Jan Agod placed second with a rating of 84.4 percent.
His schoolmates Louray Jean Bereber, Jerowen Castro Licayan and Kenneth Jan Sangalang shared the third place with 84.20 percent rating.
"It's overwhelming. Actually I'm still processing it for the past 26 hours," Agod said in an interview with SunStar Davao.
Agod said that during the four months before the examination they had several review sessions at Usep under the Society of Usep Geologists (SUG). He, however, said that he also gave himself a break from the sessions.
"Mapasalamaton kaayo ko sa Usep labi na sa (I am really thankful to Usep especially the) Geology Department and its faculty under the College of Engineering," Agod said.
