SOLID as its creed of unwavering community service through strong brotherhood, the Green CdeO Eagles Club won't ever grow tired of doing what's good for the betterment of the people in the community.

And so in a sunny morning of Nov. 17 with second-termer club president SPO4 Ulysses Romulo on the lead, the Green CdeO Eagles and the active flock of Lady Eagles hit barangay Macasandig covered court for another round of its many successful Dental Missions.

"I've lost count dili na gyod maihap kon pila na ka ngipon akong naibot, though until now akong feeling pingis pa mora pa ko nag-start," said the hyper-active Dr. Wilbourne Neri, resident dentist of the J.R. Borja Memorial City Hospital and past club president, adding "Of course, dako akong pasalamat nga naa sab si Doc Somido (Gener) nadugang paspas na ang serbisyo sa atong pagpangibot sa ngipon."

What made the latest "Eagles fly" in CdeO community more comforting was the equally-meaningful support of generous host Police Station 9 of Macasandig under the leadership of PS1 Mario Nalla Mantala Jr. and the well-prepared Xavier University (XU) Rodeo Enthusiast and Barkadahan Badminton Club.

With the ageless Dra. Cecilia Mondia at the helm, the XU group complemented well the Green CdeO Eagles’ dental mission with its Animal Health Programs through Vaccination, Deworming, Vitamin Supplementation, Medication and Castration.

Dra. Mondia is DVM instructor at the College of Agriculture of Xavier University.

"Every year gyod `mi gapa-inject sa among mga pets for safety purposes. And timing kay naay libre sa Macasandig," Miss Kate, the only daughter of another past GCEC president Engr. Arnel Baba, told Sun.Star Cagayan de Oro.

Fellow `Kuya' Hernando Pacana, current manager of Manresa Farm and moderator of XU-Rodeo Enthusiast, acknowledged Dr. Benjie Resma of the Provincial Capitol for gamely extending a helping hand.

"Amo ang gamit or logistics sa organization pero sa Provincial Capitol nga tabang through Dr. Resma ang resources for vaccination ug uban pa. So, mapasalamaton kaayo kami for the success of this activity behind the concerted efforts of everyone nga nagpakabana," Pacana said.
