Arcadia Event Center banquet sales executive Ma. Charmaine Baseleres, in a phone interview with SunStar Davao Friday, November 23, said they have five function facilities for small to huge number of participants.
The Almafi, according to her, is a meeting room for 20 persons while the Giverny Hall could accommodate 30 to 40 persons.
The Bellagio Hall, for its part, has a capaciy of 60 to 80 persons and the biggest room is the Windsor Hall that could house 100 to 150 guests.
“If a client needs a bigger function room, our indoor basketball court can hold a gathering of 200 to 400 persons. A party has been booked our basketball court on November 30,” Baseleres said, adding that a party or seminar package starts as low as P600 per head with one soup, two choices of viand, one noodle or pasta dish, one vegetable dish, steamed rice, dessert, steamed rice and one round of drink.
Package includes four-hour use of the function room with free tarpaulin back drop, sound system, microphones, round tables and chairs with covers, stage, projector screen, waiters and marker.
The party or seminar package also has a P680 per head, P780 per head and P880 per head sets of banquet menu.
Debut packages, meanwhile, range from P750, P850 and P950 per head even with inclusions on top of those offered in the regular party or seminar package such as guestbook, rostrum portable flat form, dance floor, place cards for presidential table, floral center piece, 18 long stem roses, 18 candles and elegant couch for the debutante. Minimum of 100 persons.
One may also avail of a wedding package for a minimum of 100 persons with rates pegged at P850 per head, P950 per head, P1,050 per head.
On the other hand, the basketball gym rental fee is P5,000 per hour with aircon or P3,500 per hour with blower only.
