GMA Network's “The Last Prince” leading man Aljur Abrenica admitted that he's not comfortable when model Daniel Matsunaga is with on screen love team Kris Bernal.
In a television interview Sunday afternoon, Aljur said that from 100 percent, Kris's attention on him dropped to a whopping 40 percent.
“Mas marami syang time kay Daniel kasi pag magkasama sila nahihiya akong lumapit. Makikita mo naman sa isang babae kung nageenjoy syang kausap isang tao, nakakahiya naman maginterupt sa kanila,” Aljur said.
Aljur just stays in their tent and kept on reading the script to refrain from disturbing the two.
He said he is jealous during their taping days because of the closeness between her two co-stars.
“May selos din. Nagseselos din ako kasi si Kris ang tagal ko ng kasama tapos yung mga times na yun eh madalang na kami magkasama,” Aljur said.
But despite jealousy, the "The Last Prince" star is still very happy working with Daniel and said he is a welcome addition to their fantaserye family.
“Syempre masaya kami na andun sa Daniel ang its our privilege na maging bahagi sya ng The Last Prince dahil kilala naman po natin sya na sikat na model talaga ang maraming humahanga sa kanya,” he said.
Kris meanwhile shared that she first saw Daniel during the Cosmo Bachelor Bash. Incidentally, Aljur was also in that event.
Kris was surprised when the staff told her that Daniel was the newest addition in their “The Last Prince” family.
The actress cleared though the bond between her and Aljur will never change and that at the end of the day it was Aljur whom she will be with.

In a separate television interview, Daniel, the half-Japanese half-Brazilian model, said he really got along very well with Kris.
“We were getting close every time we do tapings, our friendship gets better. She's very ganda, she's very cute,” Daniel said. “She really helped me a lot. I was nervous with what's going on and I didn't know what should I do, She's a really nice girl.”
According to him, Kris was very accommodating and lending him a helping hand especially that he's just starting out in showbizness.
“She's teaching me, sometimes helping me with all the lines and acting also,” he added.
The model frankly said that Kris is “very cute girl, very sweet, and a very nice person."
When asked if there's a possibility of him courting Kris, Daniel said anything is possible and that winning Kris' heart is quite a feat. “To win her, it's quite hard because she's a different girl.” (Glaiza Jarloc/Sunnex)
