Quest Plus Conference Center Clark, one of Pampanga’s leading business and leisure destinations, on Tuesday, November 20, unveiled its newest all-day dining buffet, the Mequeni Live.
General manager Patrick Beck shared that the F&B outlet shall reinvigorate the Freeport and the province’s dining scene with a next-level gastronomic experience.
“The launching of our main dining buffet restaurant is a special milestone for us. With Mequeni Live, we aim to provide an entirely new and exciting dining concept for all our guests, locals, and tourists alike,” he said.
The executive noted that the newly-opened buffet boasts of nine interactive live stations namely Grill, Sushi, Dessert, Fry, Kapampangan, Pizza, Noodle, Dim Sum, and Appetizers.
Chroma Hospitality Country Manager highlighted that each live station lives up to its description as guests can be able to pick fresh ingredients and witness them being prepared and cooked to perfection by the restaurant’s expert team of chefs.
“Mequeni Live is not only about exciting the taste buds, but also the visual senses of our valued diners. Moreover, along with a wide array of sumptuous food selections from the local Kapampangan favorites to the international specialties, we also upgrade their dining experience with entertainment, a lounge where they can sit back and relax, as well as unparalleled service that is the signature of Quest Plus Conference Center Clark,” he relayed.
Filinvest Hospitality vice president Francis Gotianun, for his part, announced that aside from Mequeni Live, the property giant is also set to unveil numerous master-planned infrastructure projects inside the complex, in its bid to develop Mimosa Leisure Estate as the premier CBD in the North.
“When we came here in Clark, we promised the community that we would make a world-class business and leisure destination out of Mimosa Leisure Estate. Today, we are more committed than ever to fulfill this mission, and a testament is of course this modern Mequeni Live,” he said.
“There’s still so much more to come, including a retail strip that we are set to launch next year. A regional mall and residential developments are also underway. We’re looking forward to inaugurating these very soon. We have lots of surprises for everyone,” he concluded.
Mequeni Live offers delectable lunch and dinner buffet for only P1,250nett per person, and breakfast buffet for only P850nett per person. Breakfast is open from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday to Sunday.
