EXPERIENCE new heights with upcoming hotels, residential condominium, convention center, and a lifestyle mall in Davao city with The Paragon Davao.

The Paragon Davao, which will rise on a 1.9-hectare lot, is a mixed-use facility by Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) in partnership with Davao Filandia Realty Corp. and Yuson Strategic Holdings Inc. under the joint venture YHES Inc. The project is expected to help pump economic activity in Matina, Davao City.

“This will help future investors also locate themselves in the city having them to stay soon with Paragon Davao. As the city continues to progress, we also see great demand for the Paragon Davao, a new urban hub and lifestyle destination to address the market’s evolving aspirations and goals,” CLI executive vice-president and chief operating officer Jose Franco Soberano said.

The Paragon Davao will be developed in two phases.

For the first phase they will be investing P2.6 billion for the construction of a 26-storey residential tower, dubbed as One Paragon Place; a 263-room Citadines Paragon Davao, which will be managed by The Ascott Limited; The Paragon Davao Convention Center; and The Paragon Davao Lifestyle Mall.

One Paragon Place will have 462 studio units, 84 one-bedroom units, six two-bedroom units, and two three-bedroom units.

Citadines Paragon Davao will be a 19-storey hotel with 263 units and 53 designated basement parking slots.

The Paragon Davao Convention Center will have a gross floor area of 4,842 square meters (sqm), seven meters ceiling height, a 1,700sqm. grand ballroom, and 510sqm meeting rooms.

Meanwhile. The Paragon Davao Lifestyle Mall will accommodate retail outlets and will have a gross floor area of 7,931sqm. The mall will also have food and beverage outlets with gross leasable area of 4,562 sqm. Alfresco dining and access to convention center will also be part of the lifestyle mall.

The project is targeted to be completed in 2022. The lifestyle destination was conceptualized and designed by Callison RTKL in collaboration with architectural firm RMDA.

CLI’s partners said in a previous statement that they had been approached by other developers but chose the Cebu-based publicly listed real estate company because of its keen feel of the Visayas and Mindanao market.

Aside from The Paragon Davao, CLI is also developing the Davao Global Township (DGT) in Matina at the former Matina Golf Club. The township will have residential buildings, commercial buildings, a school, and a mall.

The company held a ground breaking for DGT on November 23, 2018 and is targeted to be completed by 2022.
