And this is what exactly they had achieved with their showroom along Jacinto St., Davao City. They feature three types of rooms that showcases what the clients can expect of the rooms available at 202 Peak Lane.
The model Lifestyle Suite is a fully-furnished studio unit that is designed with four students using it in mind. There are two bunk beds, a study corner with four chairs and tables, and wardrobe for the clothes. The suite also has an air conditioning unit, microwave oven, refrigerator, and a cook top. Their shower room is separated from the toilet, keeping in mind the convenience of the roommates.
In the actual building, most of the Lifestyle Suites are facing Ateneo de Davao University which makes it all the more feasible and convenient to students.
The second studio suite featured in the showroom is the Premium Suite. This is a hotel-type room with two single beds. The model suite is also already fully-furnished with refrigerator, television, microwave oven, and cook top.
This type of units are targeted towards tourists in transient or businessmen and participants of meetings, conferences, or events that are conducted in the city.
The third room in the showroom of a two-bedroom unit. Here the clients can better see and imagine the room as it is. The developers have furnished the model unit at the showroom to give the owners an idea of what they can do with it once they receive their units, which are turned over bare. The model unit is not fully-furnished, just fully-fitted. The living room of the model unit also shows that it is big enough to accommodates some guests or a place where the family can bond. Two-bedroom units are targeted for families.
