Their repertoire includes classical music of Johann Strauss Jr. Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky, Swan Lake, and well-known pop songs including Beyoncé Medley and Bruno Mars Hits.

The concert also featured the vocal duo of Nightingales by Bianca Camille Lopez and Rhina Palma-Cruz. A combination of a unique style of singing - bel canto or beautiful voice, and enthralled audience performing a wide-range repertoire of opera arias, Broadway classics, folk songs, and even popular standard.

The Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra was joined by the country’s hitmaker and “The King of OPM Theme Songs”, Mr. Eric Santos, under the baton by Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra’s Maestro Herminigildo Ranera. Santos sang Basil Valdez hits medley and the most applauded version of “Ikaw.”

The concert is part the PPO’s outreach program to promote music appreciation throughout the country, that aims to provide a world-class performance of diverse, yet accessible classical musical entertainment that enriches different audiences, including Filipino communities.
