I AM a student and I commute every day. My usual travel time going to school would be an hour and thirty minutes because of the heavy traffic here in our city during rush hours.
I have observed that traffic jam is made worse due to double parking along main roads while street food vendors are sometimes occupying the yellow box. I think the local government should set an off-peak time when to allow vendors to occupy the sides of the streets. In addition to this maybe it’s high time for a rerouting scheme so as not to congest certain roads.
