CEBU is loaded with food options and it doesn’t seem to run out of room for more. Enter Misto Restaurant, one of the newest restaurants in the city by Seda Ayala Center Cebu. Here are some things to look forward to when dining at Misto:

Variety

To dine at Misto is to expect a myriad of selections. After all the word Misto in Italian means “mixed.” The restaurant currently offers a breakfast buffet and its newly launched lunch buffet called “Flavors of Seda.” It is home to a variety of international cuisines like Indian, Japanese, Italian and Spanish, to name a few.

Filipino Fare

Alongside the international selection are its native dishes with must-try selections like pork humba, pancit de Cebu, lechon belly, sinuglaw and other local favorites. There’s also the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) halo-halo station, an assortment of homemade cakes and pastries, as well as local bites like biko, puto cheese and more.

Contemporary setting

The place adds to the local dining scene what with Misto’s contemporary setting, as well as the garden vibe—should the mood to eat al fresco strikes. This, along with the international flavors, makes for a great space for get-togethers with family and friends.

Service

Dining at a buffet isn’t just about the quantity but also variety—what with its choices—which makes it much fun. Each dish is served with Seda’s trademark hospitality that makes one feel at home. “We strive to be the home of Filipino hospitality. We hope our guests feel the warmth of our service while enjoying the generous spread,” said Seda Ayala Center Cebu’s director of sales and marketing Frances Alfafara.

Misto’s breakfast buffet is available daily from 6 to 10 a.m. while its lunch buffet is served daily from 12 noon to 2 p.m. It will launch its dinner buffet by mid-December.
