CEBU Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) is clearly bullish with Davao City as it ventures into mixed-use developments here.
In partnership with Davao’s Villa-Abrille family and joint ventures from YHEST Realty & Development Corp and YHES Inc., CLI launched two key landmark projects: Davao Global Township (DGT) and The Paragon Davao.
The 22-hectare DGT which will be located at the former Matina Golf Club, will be transformed into a central business district. DGT will feature an office tower, two residential towers, retail buildings, a Cineplex hall, and a convention center. These sophisticated facilities will yield a gross floor area of 93,000 square meters amounting to an estimated cost of P10 billion and are set to be completed by 2022.
DGT with its strategic location at the center of Davao City will also help improve businesses around downtown area.
“We jointly envision DGT to be the premier business district of the city in a medium term. As the city continues to progress, we also see great demand in attracting a very dynamic market to enjoy our place,” CLI chairman and CEO Jose Soberano III said in a statement.
Few meters away from DGT is The Paragon Davao. The mixed-use facility by Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) in partnership with Davao Filandia Realty Corp. and Yuson Strategic Holdings Inc. under the joint venture of YHES Inc. The project is expected to help pump economic activity in Matina, Davao City.
The Paragon Davao will be developed in two phases.
For the first phase they will be investing P2.6 billion for the construction of a 26-storey residential tower, dubbed as One Paragon Place; a 263-room Citadines Paragon Davao, which will be managed by The Ascott Limited; The Paragon Davao Convention Center; and The Paragon Davao Lifestyle Mall.
One Paragon Place will have 462 studio units, 84 one-bedroom units, six two-bedroom units, and two three-bedroom units.
The 19-storey hotel Citadines Paragon Davao will have 263 units and 53 designated basement parking slots.
The Paragon Davao Convention Center will have a gross floor area of 4,842 square meters (sqm), a 1,700sqm. grand ballroom, and 510sqm meeting rooms.
Meanwhile, retail outlets having a gross floor area of 7,931 sqm. will be located in The Paragon Davao Lifestyle Mall. The mall will also have food and beverage outlets with gross leasable area of 4,562 sqm. Alfresco dining and access to convention center will also be part of the lifestyle mall.
With DGT and The Paragon Davao, staying in the city will definitely be delightful experience.
