ANG Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office VII nisaulog sa ikaupat nga Panaghiusa Festival ngadto sa Ayala Center Cebu niadtong Disyembre 11-12, 2018.
Ang Panaghiusa Festival gidumala upat na katuig ang milabay aron mapahibaw ang publiko mahitungod sa mga kalampusan ug mga programa nga gipangpatuman sa DSWD Region 7.
“The festival aims to showcase the positive impact of the programs in the lives of our partner-beneficiaries through their success stories and to empower them to become model and inspiration to others as well,” matod ni Regional Director Ma. Evelyn Macapobre
Ang maong 2 ka adlaw nga kalihokan pagatambungan sa mga empleyado sa DSWD, bisita gikan sa Local Government Units (LGUs), National Government Angencies (NGAs), Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) academe ug media. Abli usab kini sa publiko.
Ipahigayon sab ang usa ka thanksgiving mass sa primerong adlaw sa maong kalihokan ngadto sa DSWD regional office nga pagasundan og ribbon cutting sa trade exibit sa Sustainable Livelihood Program ug information booth sa DSWD kauban ang mga centers, institutions ug knowledgement Management Fair ngadto sa Ayala Activity Center.
“I am inviting the public again to visit DSWD-7 information booths and buy SLP products as their way of supporting and helping our partner-beneficiaries improve their livelihood,” dugang ni Director Macapobre.
Ang maong product display lakipan sa mga home decors pareha sa native waste baskets, hand painted products sama sa sinina, shawl, produckto nga ginama sa raffia, fashion accessories sama sa kwentas, pulseras, ariyos, bags, bakus, tsinelas, sandals, ug nagka lain-laing mga souvenir items nga hinimo gikan sa mga recycled nga materyales.
Sa Disyembre 11 sa udto, adunay festival parade nga pangunhan sa mga epmleyado sa DSWD-7 gikan sa regional office hangtod sa Ayala center Cebu. Ang opening salvo pagahimuon ig human na sa maong parade.
“The opening salvo will feature partner-beneficiaries from various sectors who will share their inspiring stories on how they were able to rise above the difficulties in their lives and remain positive and resilient in ever changing times,” subay Director Macapobre.
Sa ikaduha nga adlaw sa maong kalihokan, si Regional Director Ma. Evelyn Macapobre mohatag og mensahe sa State of the Region Address (SORA) para mopahibaw mahitungod sa mga kalampusan sa mga lain-laing programa og serbisyo.
