POLICEMEN have arrested a wanted person who was undergoing medication at a private hospital in Zamboanga City.
Arrested was Madmud Islami Jamiri alias Kammuh, a resident of Saluping village, Tabuan Lasa, Basilan, according to Chief Inspector Helen Galvez, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer.
Galvez said Jamiri was arrested at 1:58 p.m. Tuesday at a private hospital in San Jose-Cawa-Cawa village, after being served a warrant of arrest.
She said Jamiri has standing warrant of arrest for the crime of robbery with homicide issued on October 4, 2018 by the court of Isabela City, Basilan.
The suspect was hospitalized for gunshot wounds when shot by unidentified gunman on Sunday, December 9, in Balanting village, Tabuan Lasa, she added. (Bong Garcia/SunStar Philippines)
