MUSCLE spasm is a painful state which usually strikes athletes and exercise buffs.
Most common parts are the legs, and the lower back which could sideline anyone, anytime. Medical experts associate the occurrence of muscle spasm to a more complex circumstance that leads to the ordeal, which involves abnormalities in the working conditions of some organs etc. Amidst medical complexities, common occurrences of muscle cramps could be addressed by soft stretching of the affected muscle and drinking water to rehydrate. Some physical therapist even suggests to just relax and cope with the pain which will eventually pass.
