The pain varies from person to person and depending on his activities and lifestyle which may cause abnormalities in his system affecting the muscles. It will only affect muscle parts of the body and maybe the whole, depending on its severity of the cause. The explanation why common occurrences only affects certain parts of the body is because it is only the part that receives most of the work, thus, when it reaches its limit, it gives in and causes abnormality hence the attack of the muscle spasm.

Some physical therapist even suggests to just relax and cope with the pain which will eventually pass.

Now you know that muscles spasm is not just because of the cold weather. Some neglected reasons are involved should be given attention so it will not complicate.
