AS THE sellers and brokers from Davao City wholeheartedly accepted 202 Peaklane even when it is the first development of Anchor Land outside Metro Manila, a Christmas Party/Online Ambassador’s Awards Nights was hosted by Anchor Land at the Jade Ballroom of Marco Polo Hotel on December 10.
Around 85 brokers joined in the celebration garbed in their elegant ballroom dresses and suits. The party was also happily attended by the guests and the executives alike who were entertained by a song and dance number by artist Arnel Ignacio, who was also the host of the event together with Tolentino.
In a bid to also further encourage use of social media as a platform of promotion, the night gave recognition to the ‘online ambassadors.’
Minor awards given were Best Original Photo, Best Original Video, and Best Original Copy or Photo Caption. All the entries were taken in the 202 Peaklane Showroom along Jacinto St., Davao City. All three minor awards were awarded both to individual brokers and brokerage as well.
As for the major awards there were Online Buzz Maker Award, given to Ablas Realty; Best Social Media Strategist to RC Realty; and Online Ambassador Excellence Award given to Leuterio Realty. The major awards also had their counterpart individual broker awardees as well. This is the first awarding of this type in Davao City.
“I’m so happy that 202 Peaklane is in Davao City. It’s an amazing project. Madaling ibenta (Easy to sell),” said Sharen Reyes from Leuterio Realty.
“I’m so excited about 202 Peaklane because it’s hi-tech, it’s situated in the heart of the city,” Independent Registered Broker Carlos Surara said.
Surara won the Excellence Award for Individual category.
“We can attest to the remarkable contribution of those who effectively utilized social media in their profession. With every possibility available in this digital age, the real estate sector has found more options to become more relevant while showing unrelenting progress,” said Ventura.
The night was capped with more ballroom dancing and merrymaking for everyone. Truly, more than promoting high-quality real estate developments here in Davao City, 202 Peaklane sellers, staff, and executives do know how to have fun especially this yuletide season.
