202 Peaklane: In the eyes of a realtor

BEING in the real estate scene for nine years now, realtor Rhoda Cua of RC Realty and Brokerage is already familiar with the twist and turns of the industry.

Cua said she was first exposed to the real estate industry in 2006 when she and her husband were looking for a house here in Davao City. Being originally from Luzon, herself, the properties and development here in the city was new to her.

However, with the push and support of her real estate broker husband, Cua pursued and attended seminars which led her to being a licensed stock broker. In 2011, the couple founded RC Realty and Brokerage in Tagum City. Two years after, they decided to move in to Davao City bringing with them their brokerage name. In 2016, she entered the corporate world as a sales and marketing head of a Davao City developer but left two years after to focus on their family’s brokerage.

After years of talking to different buyers, Cua had acquired enough knowledge and experience to say that 202 Peaklane is a property that will “not be difficult to sell to buyers.”

“Clients are always particular with location, price, and amenities. It is also a big factor when they know who the developer is. There are some buyers who already are confident once they knew who the developer is, they won’t ask much anymore about the other amenities,” said Cua giving some of the many lessons she learned along the way after 9 years of being in the industry.

With 202 Peaklane located at C.M. Recto Avenue just a few meters from Ateneo de Davao University and Marco Polo Davao, it allows two strategic entrances, which according to Cua makes 202 Peaklane’s location very attractive and feasible to the future buyers.

“People say that the heart of the city is really near the city hall, that’s really the standard. But 202 Peaklane can be reached in less than 15 minutes from the city hall so it is really located in the heart of the city,” she said.

“I think 202 Peaklane will be easy to sell because if you look at the top three checklists of the buyers: location, developer, and offerings everything is really there already for 202 Peaklane,” Cua added.

It will also be a plus factor that 202 Peaklane has offerings and amenities that are unique to them. Within their price range, they are the only condominium unit in the entire city that offers fully-furnished lifestyle suite and studio unit upon turn-over. They are also the only one having technology-advanced digital locksets as well as ductless exhaust air ventilation that is beneficial and effective for better air circulating in the units.

As a real estate broker for 202 Peaklane, Cua said Anchor Land also acknowledges the digital marketing strategies of their sellers which would motivate them to sell and promote more. (PR)
