DESPITE the rains forecasted to be experienced until Friday, December 21, due to the low-pressure area (LPA), Zeaphard Gerhart Caelian, head of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Division, said that clearer skies could appear on Christmas day.
Caelian said that based on the projection in European Model, the clearer skies may start on December 24 although there could be isolated rain showers in some areas.
He added the chances of the LPA to become a tropical storm is only slim.
