AS THE nation gears up to celebrate Christmas, President Rodrigo Duterte has urged the Filipino people to bring "hope and peace" in the country.
In a video message released four days before Christmas, Duterte expressed hope that his fellow countrymen would let love and appreciation towards each other prosper.
