BOAT trips from Cebu to some areas in the country are cancelled due to Tropical Depression "Usman" which is seen to intensify into a tropical storm Thursday, December 27, 2018.
The Cebu Port Authority announced the cancellation of some trips since December 26, as Tropical Depression Usman maintained its strength, possibly crossing northern Cebu.
