(PHRDC) is one of the few which do not only acknowledge but gives the most magical night for everyone, a night they all deserve.
Last December 8, 2018, the PHRDC held its Annual Awarding of Granville III at The Ritz Hotel at Garden Oases in Davao City with a magical theme to give honor to their dedicated and committed sales force of their current project, the Granville III located in Catalunan Pequeño, Tugbok District.
“This will be a night full of celebration as we have come together to honor you for your sales achievement in achieving more than 600 housing units for Graville III,” PHRDC Senior Operations Manager and Assistant General Manager Bernard Bernardino, said in his opening message during the event.
He further said that the annual awarding ceremony is one of the most-awaited events in the company as it highlights the hard work and efforts on client coordination, client meetings and negotiations.
Bernardino once again reminded the sales force of the company that PHRDC needed a sales achiever who are consistently producing excellent results and one who always believes that everything is possible.
The company awarded the Philippine Property Providers and Marketing Corp through Aimee Maturan as the Realtor of the Year, while Leuterio Realty and Brokerage Firm through Anthony Gerardo Leuterio as the Rising Realty of the Year.
Top five Sales Directors are Aimee Maturan, Anthony Leuterio, Alma Apolonio, Hannah Joy Hornijas-Tobias, and Letecia Ablas.
Top five Unit Managers are Fernan Maturan, Roger Geonzon, Joseph Arthur Avila, Artchie Dela Victoria, and Michelle Limbo.
Top five Sales Executives are Janet Baguio, Armand Joseph Lacdaying, Juvelyn Rebalde, Maria Solidad Millomeda, and Elpedia Alebio.
Meanwhile, Davao City Vice Mayor Al-ag, through his staff Ryan Al-ag, congratulates the awardees during the event. He said that the company and its employees have been contributing to the development of the city, especially with the Build, Build, Build program of the national government.
