HOMEGROWN brew and coffee chain, Bo’s Coffee, offers a more enhanced coffee experience with the launch of its first “tribute store” located at Capitol Site, along Osmeña Blvd., Cebu City.

Bo’s was founded by Steve Benitez in 1996. The chain has more than a hundred stores nationwide and has recently expanded outside the country with its five branches located in Qatar. It serves fresh brew made from handpicked Arabica coffee beans from coffee highlands and regions in the country like Mount Apo, Mount Kitanglad in Bukidnon, Sagada and Benguet. But it doesn’t stop there. Being a huge supporter of all things local, the brand brings an overall presentation of Philippine culture by showcasing products made by local brands ranging from food and drink to furniture and retail, as seen in all its branches.

In the tribute store, newness and hints of nostalgia are apparent with the interior boasting of a whole new appearance, mixed well with designs from the brand’s archive collection including the wicker table from its first store. More than the fresh menu options and hit lifestyle merchandise, one thing to look out for is its “experience bar,” celebrating Philippine Coffee Origins.

The 300-square-meter tribute store, unveiled early last month, pays homage to the brand’s roots as well as gratitude to Bo’s Coffee’s stakeholders who have been essential to its growth. This includes the farmers, stakeholders and its baristas and artists. The new space is the same Bo’s that Cebuanos have known and loved since it was introduced in the market, but with more in store.

Bo’s Coffee Capitol is open from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily.
