CRISTINA Yip was the luckiest girl on earth as she witnessed her dream unfold before her eyes. Last December 14, 2018, her wedding day was filled with ultimate bliss as she vows in spending a lifetime with her beloved husband, Horace Yip. And the over view look of the sunset as it creases the blue sky with orange tinge at The View, Davao City, made it all a day for Cristina to remember.

Nights before the beautiful day, Cristina found herself nervous about walking down the aisle and seeing Horace by the end of the procession.

“As a bridal gown business owner, I never thought of how exactly the bride feels until I found myself at that exact moment. Before, I never really much connected with as to why my bride customers often find themselves stressed with the wedding, but now I do,” Cristina said, adding that she was even excited now doing business with her boutique shop, Love and Styles.

“Because now I feel like I know how magical that day is especially for brides. And that’s why I find doing business more exciting,” Cristina said.

Cristina and Horace first met in Hong Kong in 2004. During this year, Cristina was trying her luck as an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW). Maybe time had its way in finding that lover we are going to find, even it meant for Cristina to fly miles away from her hometown in Digos. It was all for work as to why she reached as far as Hong Kong, but indeed, life is a box of chocolates, and Cristina was just about to find something surprising for her—Horace.

Finally, after almost more than a decade of being lovers, they tied the knot by December 2018 filled with glitz and glam as families and friends came to celebrate a memorable night.

Of course, Cristina sashayed her way through the night with beautiful gowns and a husband to spend a lifetime with.
