Space for early worms, night owls

A CO-WORKING space provides people, usually freelancers, the opportunity to work in a public environment yet with each individual’s own personal nook. And while people work, they won’t be rushed by staff just because they’ve been there for hours already. Most co-working spaces, in fact, cater to both the early birds and night owls.

Workplace Café is one of the most frequented co-working spaces in the city since it opened in November 2016. The brand boasts an easy system for its clients ranging from students professionals to freelancers: Log in at its reception desk, choose a complimentary drink, get a WiFi code and get to work. Now, it’s closer to its patrons in the south with its second branch in Banawa, Cebu City guaranteeing a space that can accommodate to as many as 120 people.

The co-working space has two conference rooms; offers cubicles, lockers, a power nap station, all set in a coffee shop vibe with all-day breakfast and pasta selections, pastries, health drinks and, of course, coffee.

Following the launch of its second branch, another outlet is set to open in Mandaue City next month.

Workplace Cafe’s second branch is located at Unit 2, Autogas Station along R. Duterte St., Banawa and is open from 10 a.m. to 6 a.m. the following day.
