Scholars under PCL-Pampanga get financial assistance

SOME 2,490 capitol scholars assigned to Philippine Councilors' League (PCL)-Pampanga Chapter received their educational assistance at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center in the City of San Fernando.

Board member Fritzie David Dizon facilitated the distribution of checks for the first semester school year 2018-2019.

David-Dizon also urged the scholars to focus on their studies, strive hard to complete their college education and become successful in life to help their respective families and communities as well.

She said that the provincial government is fully supporting their college education as they believe that it is the way to set them free from poverty.

She asked the parents and the scholars to stay away from using illegal drugs to avoid ruining their lives. She also asked them to report those people who are using and selling illegal drugs to authorities for immediate apprehension.
