Hot Maxcey's maintains lead

THE Maxcey's Veranda garnered a total of 2,351 pinfalls to keep the lead after four games as the SBC President's Cup Bowling Tournament 2010 resumed at the Fairlanes Bowling Center Thursday night.

From seventh place in the last meeting, the D' Dreamers climbed to second place by hitting 2,303 pinfalls, while Homer landed on the third spot having rolled 2,295 pins.

The Diagold 1, which amassed 2,294, slipped from second to fourth place followed by 4m Engineering (2,289) in fifth, Bravorm Engineering (2,286) in sixth, Diagold 2 (2,285) seventh, Adventurers (2,275) eighth, BJT (2,268) ninth and DBA Bowlers (2,212) 10th.

Fedco (2,202), Dover Lanes (2,193), Alsons (2,162), Davao City Water District (2,154), and OMDH (1,907) wounded up in the next five spots of the event organized by the Sunday Bowlers Club (SBC).

Games will resume on Tuesday in the meet that will award cash prizes and trophies to the winners. (MLSA)
