THE Mindanao Blue Knights Track League Season 5 will get underway on February 22 to 25 at the Mindanao Civic Center in Tubod, Lanao del Norte.
Organizer Airnel Abarra, on his Facebook post, said the trackfest attracted non-Mindanao teams such as Miriam College of Quezon City and San Pedro Poveda Colege of Pasig City.
Also sending entries are Ateneo de Davao University, Kidapawan City, Misamis Oriental Comprehensive National High School, Xavier University, Isabela City in Basilan, Lanao del Norte, Davao Oriental State College of Science and Technology and Mati City.
In a separate post-dated January 10, Abarra said the meet was recently endorsed by Lanao del Norte Governor Imelda "Angging" Quibranza-Dimaporo.
A coaches' training is set on February 22.
