HB1 Pharmacy partners with Yalla

IN AN effort to make medicine more accessible to Dabawenyos, HB1 Pharmacy has entered into a partnership with Yalla, a local logistics service provider, to offer delivery services.

"Kaya kami nakikipag-collaborate with them [HB1] kasi we know that a lot of Dabawenyos ngayon kasi very fast pace, maraming nang mga tao na talaga sobrang busy so that convenience talaga yung inooffer namin (We have collaborated with them to cater to the fast paced lifestyle of Dabawenyos in a bid to make things more convenient for them)," Yalla chief partnership alliance CJ Ortiz said during the launching of the partnership on Sunday, January 13, at NCCC Mall Buhangin.

Ortiz added that what sets them apart from other service provider companies, Yalla uses electric vehicles in their operations. This is also in support of the New City Commercial Center's (NCCC) Go Green Campaign, which urges customers to adopt eco-friendly practices.

She said tourists may also tap Yalla for their medicine needs if they do not want to get out of their accommodation or are unable to go to the nearest HB1 Pharmacy.

Ortiz said there is a delivery fee of P99 but this will allow customers to have their medicine delivered anywhere in Davao City.

Aside from their partnership with HB1 Pharmacy, Yalla also does other errands like bill payments, and food pickup and delivery.

Yalla is a Davao-based logistics service providers launched on July 7, 2018. It will soon expand operations to other key cities in Mindanao like General Santos, Cagayan de Oro, and Zamboanga.

To avail of Yalla's services, clients may contact Yalla at 09993837378 or 09663899368 via SMS or Viber. Customers can also visit their Facebook page or www.yalla.asia.
