THE Winter Fashion still dominates our wardrobe this January. The cold climate pushes us to bring out our best coats and sweaters.

Layering, coordinated mufflers, bonnets and the cozy fur still rule our street wear. Meanwhile, Cordillera fashion never goes out of style.
