AUTHORITIES have arrested one of the most wanted persons in a manhunt operation in the province of Zamboanga Sibugay, a top police official said Sunday, January 20.
Arrested was Richard Enriquez alias Cha-Cha, 58, according to Chief Superintendent Emmanuel Luis Licup, Police Regional Office-Zamboanga Peninsula.
Licup said Enriquez was arrested around 1 p.m. Saturday at Purok Malinis in the village of Poblacion, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay.
He said Enriquez has standing warrant of arrest for the crime of robbery with P10,000 recommended bail issued by the court of Pagadian City and is listed as the Top 8 Most Wanted Person of Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay.
Licup said the arrested suspect was placed under the custody of Malangas municipal police station for proper disposition. (Bong Garcia/SunStar Philippines)
