Pugo Catholic School wins 3rd Tinugbo Festival

BAGUIO. Pugo Catholic School performers won as champion during the 3rd Tinungbo Festival street dance and showdown competition held as part of the 107th Foundation Day celebration of Pugo, La Union over the weekend. Tinungbo is an indigenous way of cooking rice and fresh water fish and other local delicacies using light young bamboo internode, locally called as tubong, grilled over charcoal or low fire.
