NICKO Falcis stands firm on his statement that the “Queen of All Media” Kris Aquino did threaten his life despite of Kris calling it a “bluff.”

Falcis, former business partner of Aquino, said this is all a ploy done by Aquino to fool the citizens and to lessen the impact of the controversial phone call that has reportedly been circulating online.

According to PEP.ph, the phone call contains the conversation between Falcis and Aquino, saying that the Aquino family would “kill him” if he returned to the Philippines.

The said call was recorded on September 27, 2018.

The controversial phone call is now circulating online when Falcis came out from hiding after Aquino filed cases of theft in eight different city courts.

In a part of the recording, Aquino said, “Gusto mong bumalik sa Pilipinas? Dare to step in this country and you will be dead!”

Last Monday, January 21, Falcis stated in his Instagram account that Aquino was the one who told him to go out of the country. He didn't expect Aquino to use this as means to file theft charges against him.

“A death threat is a death threat and should never be taken lightly. Saying that it was a bluff is your ‘quick fix’ to everything. You premeditated everything. You told me to go abroad and when I did, you threatened me to not to dare step in this country or I will be dead,” he said in his statement.

He added that she harassed him for four months straight but he refused to keep quiet.

Aquino filed 44 cases of theft against Falcis on October 12, 2018.

Moreover, she addressed on November 15, 2018 that there is a possibility that they could make amends and forgive each other.

This was countered by Falcis as another ruse to make him bend to her will.

He said that Aquino has been “bullying” his family, friends, and fellow celebrities to do her bidding. Aquino allegedly uses her sickness as an excuse to get what she wants, he added.

This is based on Kris’ Instagram Live where she said that she will not be running for elections in 2022. Nicko alleged that Aquino only uses this as an excuse for missing her work and responsibilities.

The dispute started when Falcis left Kris C. Aquino Productions as managerial director. (Von Daniel Plasencia, USC intern)
