I DON’T go out on dates on Valentine’s Day -- because no one asks me out on a date. But I do have my consistent heart’s day date -- Seda Abreeza.
In the company of friends and colleagues, we get first dibs and fall in love with the offerings long before February 14th.
On this year’s Valentine’s Day, Seda Abreeza will serve romance on a plates and wine glasses. A rustic-themed dinner, toast to love over a glass of wine or two, and perhaps extend the candlelit tryst longer- in the privacy of a deluxe room.
Seda’s concept of love urges you to “Say Eat With Love” in a whisper. A 5-course wine-pairing dinner (or a heartier meal at the buffet spread, your choice) whipped up Executive Sous Chef Giovanna “Bang” Sibala and her culinary team.
The more romantic five-course wine paired-dinner will be served in the privacy of the T’nalak function room (P2,480 nett per person, with prior reservations required). It will feature Misto’s signature Angus Roast Beef, a pasta trolley, a dessert buffet and plated dishes. Soothing music rendered live with give the dining room a more romantic atmosphere.
Your romantic meal starts with a refreshing salad with smoked salmon with lemon honey dressing and followed by a rich-tasting Parmesan Tomato Basil Soup with a hint of spice (paired with Enio Ottaviani Trebbiano).
For the main course (paired with Morandé Merlot), a beautifully plated Pan-seared Tiger Prawns rests on a bed of spring pea truffle sauce. But this course doesn’t end here. You must have Misto’s bestseller, the Angus Roast Beef, with the aglio e olio pasta prepared on the carved parmesan wheel.
Love is on the dessert spread- Lamington Cake Bars, Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse Cake, Kitkat Fudge Cake and more (paired with Queen Adelaide Moscato). A bite or two will bring out a smile that will make your lover fall in love with you again.
The dinner buffet (P1,780 nett per person) will be served at Misto. The sumptuous spread will also have the famous Angus Roast Beef among the other delicious dishes. The dessert array will make your heat jump for joy.
