WELCOMING the earth brown pig is good news for Cebu's economy in 2019.
Master Ding Lu Torrefranca, a renowned feng shui expert, revealed to SunStar that Cebu will have a prosperous 2019 ahead as the Feng Shui energy in the province is good for business.
"Mo-boom og maayo ang business. Apil sad ang small businesses (Business will be booming, even the small businesses)," he said during his live interview in SunStar QuickTalk on Monday, February 4.
Torrefranca said that Cebu will possess the feng shui energy, wealth and opportunity luck, in 2019.
"Nindot ang ekonomiya 'ron," Torrefranca said. "Stable ang negosyo," he added.
As with all the good that will arrive comes the negative energy that will counter the luck.
Traffic will continue to worsen as it is inevitable for a booming economy.
Calamities such as typhoons and fire will strike Cebu in the upcoming year. The drug killings and political beefs will also continue, said the feng shui expert.
He advised the people, especially politicians, to always be open-minded.
"Magkugi lang ta, magtinabangay ta. Ang tawo gud init kaayo og ulo (Let's be persistent and help each other. People are too hot-headed)," he said. "Focus on family."
Torrefranca asked Cebuanos to keep their faith in 2019.
"Pasalamat sa Santo Niño, protektahan ta sa katalagman ( Let's thank Sto. Niño that he will protect us from calamities)," he said.
