According to its official website, Arla Pro, delivers “high quality natural dairy ingredients” daily, created “specifically for chefs and kitchen professionals around the world.”
A whole-day event held last Jan. 30 at the IC3 Convention Center, Cebu City highlighted talks, live cooking and baking demos and different food stations by Arla’s food partners in Cebu City like Café Georg, Good Cup Coffee Company, Figaro, Baking Society of Visayas and more. As the venue was packed with different industry partners, food service executives and renowned chefs, Arla Pro’s event manifested how the brand is all about meaningful partnerships for innovating products, developing marketing concepts and creating new trends in dairy consumption with its partners.
Anurag Verma, Zomato PH head of partnership, gave a talk about the restaurant and food trends in Cebu City. Chef Ryan Abejuela and chef Kim Huy did a live cooking demo on the “Goodness of Mozzarella” in which they presented the versatility of Mozzarella Cheese. Chef Pauline Lagdameo and chef Anna Octaviano did a live baking demo dubbed “Sweet Inspirations,” demonstrating how to bake desserts like chocolate tarts and verrines using Arla products.
